Motives Waterproof Eye Pencil
I love this pencil. It is the first time I've found a pencil that I can draw lines smoothly, and makes a fine line. I also like the smudger/eraser. Helps give me the look I want to achieve.

My product review
I have had problems with different companies make up with my allergies. With the Motives make up I have never had a problem with my allergies. I love Motives make up and being able to wear it with eye problems.

The Best Eye Pencil
Motives Waterproof Eye Pencil is the best. The eyeliner holds all day and I never have any problems applying it to my eyes.
